We are open and gathering safely each Sunday at 10:15am

Navigating the waters of this last season has been challenging to say the least, but the thought of being able to worship together again and be physically present for things like Discipleship-groups and classes is exciting!

Through prayer and communal discernment, the staff and
elders of epic have put together a plan for worshipping together again as a church.  But first, please note:

1.  All steps we take will be in harmony with local and state guidelines and recommendations.
2.  Everyone has different opinions on “how, when, and what” this should look like. Our default will be care and caution as we move toward meeting together again. We are committed to walking in wisdom and grace as we move forward.
3.  We’ve made several plans over these last few months that have had to change or be thrown out altogether. It’s very possible we will have to do that again. We are committed to being flexible as new information emerges and we hope you will be as well. We will communicate any adjustments to this plan as quickly and clearly as we can.

July 5, 2020 we will resume in-person gatherings.  We are so excited to welcome everyone back into our building and enjoy community!  However, we are doing this with great caution and care for each person who enters our building.  So we want to make sure you know what you are coming back to.

1.  There will be limited seating in our main auditorium with overflow seating in our kids ministry areas.  We will be encouraging social distancing, no-contact greeting and no children's ministry to start with.
2.  We will continue our online livestream on YouTube for those that choose to remain at home for their safety.
3.  Face masks are strongly recommended considering the governor's face mask executive order.
4.  There will be hand sanitizing stations throughout the building as well as masks and gloves available for any who would like to use them.
5.  We will place offering boxes out instead of passing the baskets.
6.  Our cafe and drinking fountains will not be available.  We love coffee and we know you do too!  So feel free to bring your own!
7.  If you are feeling sick, please remain at home for everyone's safety, including your own.
8.  Immediately upon entering the building, you will be directed to your seat.  And immediately following the gathering you will be asked to exit.  If you wish to hang out, we would ask that you do so outside.
9.  A sanitizing team will disinfect before and after each gathering to ensure the safety of everyone.

We ask for your grace and patience as we move cautiously and carefully.  God is still working in amazing ways and we simply want to love people and share the Good News that is for all!
